How many tape pieces and how much hair do you need?

Each pack contains 20 tape pieces/strands and weighs 50 grams in total.
Each strand weighs approx. 2.5 grams.

Here is a simple guide to how much hair you may need:

Thickening your own hair: approx. 100 grams (2 packs)
Natural extension and fullness: approx. 120–150 grams (3 packs)
Full extension with extra volume: approx. 180–200 grams (4 packs)

Tip:
If you have shorter or thicker hair to begin with, it may be a good idea to get a few more packs for a more even and fuller result.
You can also add more strands if needed
