1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the B's Extensions website. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering and payment

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund as follows:

  • If the product is in acceptable condition, we will refund the full amount excluding shipping costs.

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5–10 business days, but some banks may take up to 30 banking days to process the refund.

  • If the return does not meet our requirements, it may be rejected or a partial refund may be offered.

3. Delivery

  • We offer delivery with FedEx and Postnord. If neither is available, we may choose an alternative carrier.

  • The delivery time is usually 1–6 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking link by email when your order has been shipped.

  • B's Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a return shipping fee will be charged.

 

 


4. Returns and refunds

  • You have the right to return an unused and unopened product within 14 days of receipt.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days, but some banks may take up to 30 banking days to process the refund.

5. Warranty and complaints

  • If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bsextensions.com.

  • We may request photographs as evidence of the defect before a replacement product is sent or a refund is issued.

  • Any complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

6. Use of products

  • Our products are intended for professional and personal use.

  • Incorrect use or inadequate care may affect the product's durability. Read our care instructions for the best possible results.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect application or care.


7. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or damage to third parties resulting from the use of our products.

  • We accept no liability for delays or events beyond our control, such as transport delays, force majeure or technical problems on the website.
